The Murderous intent and explotation of DD1 & 2Greetings everyone,
My first post on here and it will indeed be a dark one.

I would like to make this very clear it is not a RANT, nor is it a emotional out pouring (Trust me you will not want to see either of them).
The last week or so we have had an increase on PVP raids. NOT that there is anything wrong with them it is the manner in which they are conducted.
SCENARIO:
Grinding party arrives in DD2 announces via Aera Chat and requests information who is doing what circuit. No answer, so the grinding party proceeds to do the Vipers (YAY for us). After about the third run another grinding party arrives and proceeds to start desimating the circuit, stating boldly and very loudly "We where here first so piss off" Lovely is it not to be the attentions of Istanblue and be spoken to with such vulgarity.
Even though, and I stipulate this very clearly KSing where shouted from both sides there was no actual KSing done as it was not a quest monster kill. Yet they where just extremely forward and of course very rude.
Both parties decided to no cede the grounds and continued to kill mobs left right and centre, and possibly would have killed each other if by chance there was the ability to do so. After several attempts at the subsequent slaughtering mishap of the monsters a GS was called in to mediate the mess. Alas all parties concerned decided that they where the rightful claimers of this circuit. Granted that the mix party (My party) was first to arrive on the scene.
Sadly the problem was not solved but we decided to move to another spot. However this is where the whole thing becomes rather twisted.
CONCLUSION:
Alliance of Light was called in to deal with the party, WOW so this is how Istanblue handles "grind spot competition" Reborn and Aquila arrived in their numbers and cleared the map for Istanblue.
This is but one of the many incidents on the matter. 'you have a nice spot ... I call my friends to come kill you"
So tell me, is this what the game has been reduced to a bunch of brats who instead of letting something be you take it because you "can"
Another player was told to get off the circuit or get killed .... how mature to threaten another player who is also doing the same thing as you! ENJOYING THE BLOODY GAME FOR WHAT IT IS.
One of my guild mates, and an officer was unfortunately part of a entire Istanblue group, he was told they are going to call AoL to "clear" DD2 and then was told to keep it a secret!
Earlier today I was once again informed that our Guild Leader was doing what we all try to do Grinding ... a member of Istanblue called Aquila to come and clear the temple, and his reason: "Cus I dont like him"
So this is what it has come down too .... "I don't like you so you will never have any fun"
Sadly, there is no rules that govern this, there is not a single thing to ban them and be rid of their infantile presence. Several of my friends have left because the game is no longer a source of relaxation, they are being hounded constantly, they submit tickets for review and still not a single thing is being done to curb this! The reply is always the same, "Please submit FRAPS..."
And all the while people are being killed in game on spawning spots, they are being killed for prime circuits and they are constantly targeted for just being Fury.
OH and just a note, I am well aware of the rules, We enforce them in our Guild and our Sister site. I KNOW what PVP means, and please do not post a comment on how I should deal with the fact that the area is a free for all.
It comes down to basic integrity and respect for other players, NOT and I repeat NOT warmongering and throwing around power.
And that my dears is my view and thoughts on this matter. Some of you may have been dealt in the exact same way as mentioned. I find it hard to point a finger at just AoL I know we have some tough guilds on Fury, but why go around making everyone's life a misery? Is it because your life in reality is so devoid of any feeling that you must come and take it out on others?
